Troubleshooting: 1. Ensure your home circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable. 2. To address flashing light issues, use one of the three compatibility modes available on the app. Our product is not compatible with lights that come with a remote control, and an unstable network may result in flickering lights. 3. Tighten the wire cap securely during the wiring process, as failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. 4. Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band. The switch must connect to the network within the specified 3-minute pairing time to avoid connection failure.

Warm Tips: A Neutral Wire is needed. Only suitable for single-pole (Not 3-way), 2.4GHz wifi only(Not 5GHz). The standard size fits any standard multi-gang wall panel. The complimentary 1-gang faceplate measures: 5.07(L)3.34(W) inches, the internal switch box dimensions: 2.75(L)1.69(W)*1.61 (D) inches. FCC certified for safety.
